Shipping policy

We currently deliver gift boxes anywhere within the United Kingdom via Royal Mail. We do not ship internationally. 

Letterbox sized Week of Treats gift boxes are sent via Royal Mail standard post. All other Week of Treats gift boxes are sent via Royal Mail signed for Service. 

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. When your order has shipped you will receive another notification. For standard gift boxes (not letterbox sized, which are sent via standard mail) this notification will include a reference number so you can track your delivery on the Royal Mail website.  

Please note: during peak seasons our lead times may increase

Domestic Shipping Rates 

We offer free delivery via Royal Mail on all gift boxes. For Letterbox sized gift boxes this is standard Second Class post (2-4 business days). For all other gift boxes this is Second Class Signed For service (2-4 business days).  

Shipping can be upgraded to Express (First Class) for only £1.99 per gift box sent anywhere within the United Kingdom.

Local Collection

We offer free local collection in Causewayhead, Stirling. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us. For standard gift boxes (not letterbox sized) this will include a reference number you can use to track delivery at the Royal Mail website. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. 

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
